“The Juice Cleanse Reset Diet” – authors at LB Books Thursday
On Thursday, March 13 at 6 p.m., Laguna Beach Books will welcome local business owners and authors Lori Kenyon Farley and Marra St. Clair. They are the authors of “The Juice Cleanse Reset Diet,” and also the owners of Ritual Wellness, with locations in Costa Mesa, Corona del Mar, and most recently Laguna Beach. There is no charge for this event.
This groundbreaking juice cleanse and diet - based on the wildly popular Ritual Reset Cleanse - completely resets your system in just seven days to clear toxins and acidity, reduce cravings, and promote lasting weight loss. First, identify what type of cleanse you need based on your current dietary habits, and then choose from sixty delicious recipes to eat and drink your way to optimal health.
As friends and workout partners, Kenyon Farley and St. Clair began exploring the benefits of raw juice cleanses in 2008. For Kenyon Farley, it was a feeling of sluggishness and toxicity resulting from an extended round of antibiotics that pushed her to first try cleansing. For St. Clair, it was a diagnosis of Celiac disease in college that charted St. Clair’s course and fueled her interest in wellness.
Together, Kenyon Farley and St. Clair knew there must be a better way to cleanse. Now, with Ritual Wellness, Kenyon Farley is excited to combine her business and legal expertise with her passion for health and fitness, while St. Clair continues her mission to empower people to improve their lives.
Laguna Beach Books is locatedat 1200 S. Coast Hwy. Ste. 105A. For information, call 494-4779 or go online to www.lagunabeachbooks.com.March 11 2014
