A majority of arrests are at the county or city level, from local law enforcement. Having a case number is helpful. You can find records of arrests using many free sources online, you will need to dig up some of them. Official police reports are different, they are requested from the department which made the arrest. Sometimes requested by defense attorneys for their case. Records of arrest, which means any recorded information in regard to an arrest, can be found in different sources. You can pull up a case from an earlier time and see specifics about the prosecution, filed charges and more. Periodicals have archived reports also and they report on arrests. Without knowing where the arrest happened, specific sources can't be suggested. You can also search previous posts about getting arrest records with a Q and A search below. Type in the keyword arrest, don't be too specific on the search terms, and see how others have obtained their arrest reports/records.

The FL department of corrections has a free public search that shows photos of the prisoners. A name search can be conducted, there are many offenders listed there and worth checking. You can see a list of their offenses going back many years showing arrests/offenses and dates.
