    There are plenty of links to free records in Ohio, if they are not helpful you can always opt for a service to do the searching for you. This site allows you to find both. A large majority of the fees are from government agencies, which are not easy to get around. However, there are still many sources which will freely provide public information, which are listed here. If unable to find the public information that you were looking for, try using the 'Search for Questions, Answers and Comments About Ohio Public Records". There are others which have found what they needed and shared how it was accessed.
