    There are many records which are free and others which are not. Arrests can be seen on a list below, through local police/sheriffs and department of corrections websites, all are free. Court records are also free through a query below under the heading: Oklahoma Free Court Records Search. The search only goes back approximately 18 months. However, if you are requesting a police report, background check as well as many other documents, you will find them with fees. To get an entire court file or certified copies, you will have to pay fees.
