The man who led Henderson County Sheriff’s Office and Athens Police units on a high-speed chase last week has turned himself in to authorities. Dustin Kyle Cantrell, 22, surrendered  Saturday on a charge of evading arrest with a motor vehicle. He was released later that day after posting $7,500 bond.
