    If the search is expected to look up juvenile criminal records, it would be wise to look up restrictions and public records laws. Juvenile felony records of 16 or 17 year olds are made public (see Minn. Stat.ยง260B.163, subd. 1). There is a lot more on the law concerning public records and juveniles, depending on the different circumstances.

The search is open to the public freely and you can search as many times as you need. You can search civil records also.
