The Fresno Superior Courthouse at 1100 Van Ness Avenue is the main downtown location for criminal and juvenile dependency cases. The B.F. Sisk Courthouse handles civil, family law, probate, small claims, and unlawful detainer cases. The Clerk's Office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
