The Superior Court of California, County of San Joaquin operates two courthouse locations. The main Stockton Courthouse at 180 East Weber Avenue in downtown Stockton handles the majority of cases including civil, criminal, family law, and probate matters. The Lodi Courthouse at 315 West Elm Street in Lodi handles traffic and limited civil matters. Court hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
