Coast Hwy | 1200 Block | Burglary, commercial 6:37 a.m. A passerby called police after seeing that a glass front door had been smashed. The owner of the business arrived and told police nothing appeared to be missing. Forest & Park Avenues | Drunk in Public 2:08 a.m. David Reilly, 22, Laguna Niguel, was arrested for being drunk in public. Saturday, September 7 S. Coast Hwy | 600 Block | Drunk in Public 11:54 p.m. Sean Patrick Clark, 45, Mission Viejo, was arrested for being drunk in public. Cedar Way | 100 Block | Warrants 9:22 p.m. Salvador Rogelio Serrano, 23, Santa Ana, was taken into custody for two OC warrants with total bail of $25,000. One was a traffic warrant and the other was a felony warrant for grand theft. Main Beach | Drunk in Public x 2 4:46 p.m. Mark Lane, 56, no fixed address, and Dale Haviland, 48, no fixed address, were both arrested for being drunk in public. Mr. Haviland was also arrested on the same charge on Friday. St. Ann’s Drive | 500 Block | Drug Arrest 12:16 p.m. Daniel Giulio DeCollibus, 26, Laguna Niguel, was arrested for felony possession of methamphetamine and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Treasure Island Beach | Drug Possession 5:43 a.m. Long Beach resident Jennifer Evelyn Dominguez, 19, was arrested for misdemeanor possession of drugs for sales. Friday, September 6 Manzanita Drive | 700 Block | Vandalism; Petty Theft 5:17 p.m. Police responded when a tenant reported that he had been locked out by his landlord. No three-day-notice had been served. Police learned that his personal property had been damaged and some items were missing. A report was taken for theft, vandalism and illegal entry. Detectives will follow up. Aliso Beach | Drunk in Public 4:49 p.m. A caller reported that a female was intoxicated and was unable to walk without falling in the sand. Before police arrived, the caller said a man had dragged her to a car and placed her inside. When the man got behind the wheel, she started throwing up. He exited the car and began pulling her out of the car just as officers arrived. Veronica Aurora Garcia-Sanchez, 19 of Laguna Niguel, was arrested for being drunk in public. S. Coast Hwy | 1200 Block | Battery 3:19 p.m. A man in charge of a private parking lot approached a man who had parked there and began taking beach stuff out. When the parker was told he couldn’t park there, he punched the RP in the mouth causing minor injuries and bleeding. Police were called and took Beverly Hills resident Lawrence Waldburger, 50, into custody under citizen’s arrest for battery. N. Coast Hwy | 1100 Block | Vandalism 3:09 p.m. White paint was thrown/dumped on a planter. Balboa Avenue | 700 Block | Fraud 10:30 a.m. Police said an elderly man received phone calls telling him he would receive several thousand dollars if he sent the caller $400. He sent money after several calls and had concluded that it was a fraud after sending money on Friday. Police were able to retrieve the package and return it to the RP. Thursday, September 5 Forest Avenue | 200 Block | Drunk in Public 5:22 p.m. Kerry Jo Nicholl, 49, no fixed address, was arrested for being drunk in public. Wednesday, September 4 Laguna Canyon Road | 20600 Block | Violation of a Protective Order 7:40 p.m. An officer contacted the driver and passenger of a car that pulled into the parking lot at the alternative sleeping location. David Wayne Wolfe, 43, Rowland Heights, was arrested for violation of a court protective order when the officer learned that he was subject to the order, which was issued to protect the woman passenger.
