8:58 p.m. A caller reported that a nicely dressed man was passed out while sitting on the sidewalk propped up against a wall. Evangelista Sagnelli, 54, Laguna Beach, was arrested for being drunk in public.

1:52 p.m. An unknown suspect used the RP’s personal information to open a credit card account. $1154 was charged using the card.

Cliff Drive | 200 Block | Drugs; Felony Warrant; DUI; ++
11:18 p.m. A cell caller reported a possible DUI driver heading into town on Laguna Canyon Rd. A patrol unit spotted the car and turned on its red overhead lights and the driver failed to pull over for about four blocks, police said. During the investigation at the stop, the male driver became a medical aid; suspected drug overdose and he was taken to hospital. The vehicle search found needles, white powder (meth) and a pipe. The driver gave the officers a name that turned out to not be his. Once the real name was found, a no bail warrant was found. Wallace Kermit Allen, 47 of Santa Ana, was arrested for felony possession of a controlled substance; possession of paraphernalia, DUI, and giving false information to a police officer. He was also held without bail for an OC warrant with charges of possession of dangerous drugs and DUI.

6:29 p.m. Two men grabbed alcohol and split. They were last seen leaving the parking lot in a white Toyota pickup heading down Wesley Drive. One suspect was described as wearing a white hoodie and the other covered his face wit a neon orange Frisbee. They were in their 20s.

1:43 a.m. A friend called police to check on a woman she was concerned about. On scene, cops encountered Michelle Edge, 41, Laguna Beach, and arrested her for being under the influence of a controlled substance. Police said it appeared to be prescription medications.
