Passenger Kristen Malka had a warrant out of Woodbury. She posted $239 bail and was released.

Dozens of school districts are using an early-dismissal schedule, according to lists posted by ABC 7, NJ 101.5 and NBC 4 New York.
UPDATE: Snowfall rates of 1 to 2 inches per hour developing over N.J.
Many of the affected schools are in the central and southern parts of the state, where the snow is expected to be heaviest, according to forecasts by the National Weather Service. Here is a preliminary list of early closings, the list will be updated as more information becomes available:
