    If the person is in state prison, you can view the automated summary record file from Arizona's Department of Correction's website. You can freely view the mugshot and incarceration information, includes charges, sentence and more. The search is open to anyone online. Active, inactive, supervised parolees and absconders (escapees) can also be searched. You don't need the entire first name, just the last name and the first letter of the first name. A general online search may not do it, therefore, you will need to go directly into the database and search. It's a free search, so it wouldn't hurt even if the chances are low. Search for "automated summary record file Arizona's Department of Correction" on your browser. You can also search the Maricopa county jail inmates, but you will need the first/last name and the date of birth. It's also a free search and worth trying.

    It may be different depending on which city in the county of Maricopa, using Phoenix as an example, the city offers an online form to complete in order to request fire records. The name of the form is titled "Fire Records Request". Search for the keyword "Fire Request Forms", that will take you to records request forms page. There are four types of records listed on that page, the top two are Fire Records and Fire Prevention Inspection Records. Fire Records are for incident and investigation reports, and Fire Prevention Inspection Records for hazardous/underground tanks, occupancy certificates, environmental matters and complaint filings.
