In person: Visit the René C. Davidson Courthouse at 1225 Fallon St in Oakland. Bring a valid ID.
Online: Visit the court's official website for online case search and filing options.
By mail or email: Submit a written request under the California — Court & Arrest Lookup Act to the office that holds the records. Include your name, contact information, and a clear description of the records you need.
