How to Request Records

In person: Visit the Stockton Courthouse at 180 E Weber Ave. Hours: Mon–Fri 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Online: Visit the court's official website for case search and court services.

By mail: Submit a written request under the California — Court & Arrest Lookup Act to the office that holds the records.

San Joaquin County includes the city of Stockton (county seat) and other municipalities including Tracy, Manteca, Lodi, Lathrop, Ripon, and Escalon. City-level record pages will be added as they become available.
