How to Request Records

Most records are handled by different offices — always contact the office listed above.

In person: Visit the Brevard County Clerk of Court at 700 S Park Ave, Titusville. Bring a valid ID.

Online: Use the Clerk's online records search to view case information.

By mail or email: Submit a written request under the Florida — Court & Arrest Lookup Act to the office that holds the records.

Cities in Brevard County

Brevard County includes the city of Titusville (county seat) and several other municipalities including Melbourne, Palm Bay, and Cocoa. City-level record pages will be added as they become available.
