How to Request Records

Most records are handled by different offices — always contact the office listed above.

In person: Visit the Highlands County Clerk of Court at 590 S Commerce Ave, Sebring. Bring a valid ID.

Online: Use the Clerk's website to search records online.

By mail or email: Submit a written request under the Florida — Court & Arrest Lookup Act (Sunshine Law) to the office that holds the records.
