How to Request Records
In person: Visit the Cook County Courthouse at 50 W. Washington. Bring a valid ID.
Online: Use re:SearchIL for statewide court records.
By mail: Submit a written request under the Illinois FOIA to the office that holds the records. Call (312) 603-5030 for details.
